Job description

Clarity PPM (Broadcom PPM) plays a key role in WDC s entire Engineering and RD functions business planning and decision making. Clarity serves as a system of record in terms of Programs and Projects portfolio management, Resource planning and tracking, OpEx and CapEx detailed Planning and tracking, etc.

Job Purpose
In this position, you will assume an overall responsibility and accountability for Clarity PPM platform, including but not only to on-going enhancements, new features, capabilities, modules, New UX, Integration and interfaces with other systems, requirement gathering, design, development, communication and rollout.

In addition, you will also be responsible for Clarity analytics that includes new and existing reports design, enhancement and development along with Tableau based dashboards.

The candidate will also lead the global users periodic training and key users community.

In this role, you will:
Drive the utilization, enhancement, and evolution of the Clarity PPM tool ensuring scalability to meet evolving business needs.

Manage system updates, testing, and related activities including the creation and execution of test scripts, coordination of UAT testing, communications, etc.

Lead systems training globally across a wide-ranging end-user community including PMO, Functional Planner, Power Users/Clarity Champions, Project Managers, and Time Entry users, educating all on the capabilities the platform offers as it relates to their expansive and expanding project portfolios

Develop and maintain systems related artifacts and documentation, training materials, and valuable insights for users on WDC SharePoint site website

Utilize your superior troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills to provide in-depth functional and user support to WDC s Clarity community at an enterprise level

• Bachelor s Degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology related.
