Job description

Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate closely with the business leadership team to formulate and implementstrategic sales plans, aiming to achieve ambitious sales targets with a primaryemphasis on warehousing solutions.2. Rapidly acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product's distinctive sellingpoints by collaborating with the product team, and skillfully align these attributeswith the specific needs of potential clients.3. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, andstakeholders within potential customer organizations, effectively bringing them ontoour platform.4. Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, skillfully highlightingthe value proposition of our logistics platform.5. Utilize product features adeptly to target and address specific pain points andrequirements of potential clients in the warehousing industry.6. Develop and present engaging sales collateral and promotional materials tailored forthe Indian market.7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identifygrowth opportunities, refining sales strategies accordingly.8. Act as a representative for the product, actively networking with potential clients atindustry events, trade shows, and conferences.9. Take the lead in contract negotiations and the closing of deals, ensuring clientsatisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.Key Skills:1. Possess an in-depth understanding of the local logistics and warehousing sector,including knowledge of key players in the Indian market.2. Showcase a proven 6 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the Logistics IT domain inIndia, with a successful track record in finalizing deals, particularly in WarehouseManagement Systems.3. Collaborate effectively as a team player, closely engaging with the Business UnitLeadership team in India to develop sales strategies, comprehend market dynamics,implement branding strategies, and ensure the appropriate product perspective inthe Indian market.4. Demonstrate the ability to swiftly comprehend current product features and alignthem with prospective clients.5. Possess extensive knowledge and connections within a wide network of influentialdecision-makers in leading warehousing companies in India.6. Display genuine enthusiasm and passion for sales, coupled with a strong desire toexcel in a competitive environment.7. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including activelistening, persuasive presentation capabilities, and negotiation proficiency tosuccessfully close deals and achieve sales targets.8. Have a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and keyperformance indicators (KPIs).9. Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in market dynamics, evolving customerneeds, and shifting business priorities.
