As a Senior Executive Purchase, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, handling price quotes, drafting mails, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle price quotes, inquiries, and orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Handle price quotes, inquiries, and orders from various vendors
• Draft professional and effective emails for communication with vendors
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods and services
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, agreements, and contracts
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels
• Monitor and analyze market trends, prices, and product availability
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and objectives
• Recommend improvements to procurement processes and procedures
