Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION JOB ROLE :  The incumbent will be responsible to drive the initiatives and generate revenue for the IFA channel by ensuring maximum market share for Axis Mutual Fund schemes.  Primary responsibility of the candidate is to build, develop and enhance relationships across the assigned channel and increase the market share of Axis MF.  Timely communication and updates to the channel partner to maximize the revenue.  Ensure timely coverage for all existing relationships assigned which should result into effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund, its schemes and all other aspects.  Training channel partners on different MF products.  Equally important to be well versed with the competition and to be updated about the current market scenario of Mutual Fund products

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE  Post graduate /Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience  NISM certification mandatory

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  Understanding of debt/equity and mutual funds  Good Knowledge of mutual fund regulatory environment  Good communication and presentation skills.  Strong business acumen and should be focus on achieving results and the targets assigned.  The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & outstation travel if required.  Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters.
