Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting : Manage monthend closing of books of accounts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure timely compliance with tax requirements including GST TDS and other statutory obligations.
- Reconciliation : Perform reconciliations for vendors customers and intercompany transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
- Audit Coordination : Facilitate both internal and external audit processes ensuring smooth coordination and compliance.
- Periodic Financial Closure : Lead quarterly halfyearly and yearly closure of books of accounts maintaining financial integrity.
- Reporting : Prepare various financial reports for stakeholders providing valuable insights into financial performance.
- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively coordinate with various stakeholders fostering collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Financial Expertise : Profound knowledge of GST TDS accounting principles and experience with Tally (preferred).
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship Building : Proven ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive Attitude : Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
- Advanced Excel : Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
