Job description

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Branch Credit Manager at the largest NBFC in India. 

• Job description-
• Evaluate potential customers' creditworthiness.
• Maintain detailed records of company loans.
• Approve or reject loan requests from customers.
• Calculate and set loan interest rates.

Skills Required-
• Result-oriented individual with a positive mental attitude and integrity, dedicated to hard work.
• Demonstrated capability in recruiting and retaining high-performing Relationship Officers, Relationship Managers, and Branch Sales Managers.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit valuation, including at least 1 years managing on-roll team members.
• Proficient in understanding lower and middle-income customer segments, preferably with experience in Affordable Housing or NBFC sectors for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve business targets.
• Familiarity with collections and recoveries processes.
• Accountable for maintaining portfolio quality at the location.
