Managing a team of System Engineers
• Experience must be in Team Handling
• Review pending call in Daily morning meeting
• Troubleshooting various applications and escalating to concern teams if required
• Handling day to day operational work on the project
• Monitoring and resolving incidents and requests through ticketing Tool
• Provides status updates and communicates frequently with/to end-users as well as with local, regional and
global support and management team
• Proactively monitor 24 x 7 x 365 email services, Managing shift roster
• Working on Ticketing tool to monitor Incident, Requests and Tasks
