Job description

Responsibilities

· Understand the business requirements and business process flows and then translate them into comprehensive, accurate, and quality software requirements

· Gather and analyze the project's business requirements and convey them to the Development team

· Prepare accurate and detailed Business requirements documents, User guides, and Functional Specification documents

· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions

· Work closely with product design & development team to analyze and design functional enhancements

· Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

· Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

· Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures

• · Managing competing resources and priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master's degree in information technology, computer science or related field or an MBA (full time)
• minimum of 3+ years of experience as an IT business analyst or project management
• Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all internal & external stakeholders
• Ability to obtain requirements, identify solutions & complete requirement documentation
• Ability to take ownership of a client from initiation to go live, through business process mapping, requirements analysis, UAT, go-live support

Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and analytical & conceptual thinking skills
