Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer located in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair. They will also be responsible for communication with clients and will need to manage documentation and reports related to their work.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance and repair
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients to resolve issues
• Previous experience in the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus
• Experience with SF6 products is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 0-2 years experience desirable. Freshers with good technical background are also welcome.
