Social Media Analyst

We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Analyst to join our team at Adirekha Ayurveda Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hospital's social media presence to promote our products, services, and overall brand. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative social media campaigns that engage and attract our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly responding to queries in social media.
- Ensuring couriers deliver on time. Liaising and ensuring that the couriers are delivering on time.
- Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to user interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to maximize results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Should be social media savvy.
- Should have very good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance.
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools and strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
