Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for an Event Operations professional. The duties will include planning, organizing and executing events. This individual will be responsible for managing the logistics of events from beginning to end, including timeline scheduling, vendor coordination, budget management, and event evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Event Operations, preferably in a creative agency setting
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong budget management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
• Experience with event technology and software such as event management systems, attendee registration platforms, and virtual event software
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed for events
