1. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the plant team, ensuring alignment with company goals,
values, and objectives.
2. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality
control, maintenance, and safety protocols, to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing
processes.
3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of
accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
4. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while
optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality standards, implementing rigorous quality control
measures to meet and exceed customer expectations.
6. Cost Control: Manage the plant's budget, analyze cost drivers, and implement cost-saving initiatives
without compromising quality or safety.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe
working environment for all employees.
8. Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, environmental standards, and certifications,
ensuring the plant's compliance at all times.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency
improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Reporting: Generate regular reports on plant performance, including key performance indicators
(KPIs) and financial metrics, to senior management.
