Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new sales opportunities, developing new leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for conducting sales presentations and negotiations with clients and potential customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
• Experience in real estate sales or related field is a plus
