Invogue Shop is a clothing brand based in New Delhi, India. Our aim is to allow our customers to wear any style of clothing they desire, regardless of their appearance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for daily marketing activities, such as planning, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. In addition, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance marketing, specifically with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have experience in marketing. The candidate should also be highly analytical and adept at problem-solving. It is highly recommended that candidates have experience with performance marketing, with particular expertise in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is also required. Above all, the candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
