PROJECT MANAGER (Recycling) We are looking for project managers with expertise and practical experience on production facilities, even outside the recycling sector, on a job-to-job basis . Candidates, working in the Danieli Environment and Systems department, must be capable of coordinating the entire project flow from the final stage of the commercial negotiations with the customer, through the job development phases, up to plant commissioning. We seek authoritative figures that can relate to internal offices and external customers, showing a spirit of initiative, proactive and flexibility. Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret sales and/or supply contracts; Ability to plan and schedule job activities, focusing on timeframes, costs and quality; Risk assessment, recovery plans, claims management; Coordinating with the various teams and subsidiaries involved in job progress (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly); Shipping supervision and responsibility for the job order income statement; Coordination of site work up to the startup of the plant trough site manager; Customer relations and satisfaction. E xperience and Qualifications Degree in Engineering; Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as a Project Manager in plant manufacturing companies; Experience in relations with external customers; The candidate will preferably have knowledge of claims management processes; The candidate will preferably have PMP certification; The candidate will preferably have experience in industrial plant engineering; The candidate will preferably have experience in recycling field. Skills and Attitudes Financial management of job orders; Confident with basic processes of direction, start up and commissioning activities; Aware of basic purchasing processes (make or buy); Basic tools for shipping logistics; Organization and coordination; Proficiency in spoken and written English; Available to travel world-wide on business trips; Results orientation; Stress and conflict management.
