Job description

1. Administrative Support: -Efficiently manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings. -Coordinate travel arrangements, encompassing flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation logistics. -Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations essential for meetings.

2. Communication Management: -Skillfully screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence. -Draft and compose professional business communications, letters, and memos on behalf of the executive.

3. Meeting Coordination: -Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls. -Develop comprehensive meeting agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
