Role Description
Assist in Consolidation of Financials.
Compliance with Listing Regulations concerning Accounts & Reporting
Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines.
Audit of Quarterly / Annual Financials submit by Shared Services Center - Accounting team
Audit of Quarterly / Annual Financials submit by Shared Services Center - Accounting team
Take relevant positions for Business in terms of Finalization of Accounts, in compliance with Ind AS
Compliance with Listing Regulations concerning Accounts & Reporting
Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines
Working on other Board and Audit Committee deliverables like presentations, etc.
Custodian of Financial Controls
Ensuring timely closure of financial statements and audit
Ensuring compliances with FEMA, MSME Act, etc.
Financial process improvements through SAP
Implementation of Internal Financial Controls / Risk Management framework
Automating various accounting processes.
