Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital/Pharma Sales and Marketing position in Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing representative will be responsible for identifying target clients, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets of Hospitals and Clinics. S/he will be expected to participate in helping Hospitals achieve surgical intervention targets and launch new Campaigns and community outreach programs to increase surgical practice. Should be willing to travel across the state.

Salary

Rs. 6 Lakhs to Rs. 9 Lakhs + Incentives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and marketing experience in a Pharma or healthcare setting
• Excellent connections with surgeons in the entire state.
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
• Familiarity with current Pharma industry trends and market conditions
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions
• Should have own vehicle, laptop and a high-end smartphone.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel as needed to attend client sites, conferences and events
