About Our Client Our client is a leader in global shipping and offers a complete ecosystem of maritime services, including broking, finance, port services and research. They are looking for an Office Manager who will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Gurgaon office. Job Description The Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will deliver a high level of office administration support for the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Preparing employment contracts for new starters, ensuring electronic employee files and all documentation is completed to a high standard and filed accordingly.
Being the key point of contact and handling all routine administrative matters in the department including answering dealing with enquiries/escalating where needed, opening and distributing post, organising couriers, filing and archiving, processing departmental expenses and invoices.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, arranging and booking travel (including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries etc.) for members of the office and producing reports and presentations where needed.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following:
Strong office administration experience
Previous HR experience (preferable)
Highly organised and able to use initiative
Able to adapt quickly to changes, handle multiple tasks, and prioritise to meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a proactive and willing approach
Good MS Office skills (outlook, word, excel and powerpoint)
Able to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
