Job description
Role: Techno lead / Technical Lead
Experience : 6- 8 years
Location : On site _ Trivandrum Location - Technopark
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner
Requirements : Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in technical solutions.
People Management:
- Lead and manage high-performing development teams to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Project Management:
- Apply solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and business goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate open communication channels.
- Effectively handle team / people responsibilities
Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges to ensure project success.
- Automation and Technology Exposure
- Possess experience with relevant technologies, tools, and frameworks in the automation stack (preference for Python but not mandated).
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance development processes.
