General Summary:

The Principal Product Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle while defining business process standards, strategizing on avenues to enable ConnectWise partner engagement, and gaining alignment on product deliverables across the organization. This role works in partnership with the cross-functional teams to assure that we create and maintain programs that drive partner value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

. Provides support to the Product Management team(s), with a high attention to detail

. Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

. May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members

. Establishes mechanisms to connect the Product & Engineering departments to the broader ConnectWise organization and ecosystem ensuring operational success, collaboration, and product throughput

. Creates and maintains a consistent ConnectWise Partner Engagement program and strategy to drive an interactive feedback loop from the business to the customers

. Continuously analyzes and enhances a product data system to ensure that the entire organization uses it to the best of their ability, specifically around product quality, adoption, and future roadmaps

. Reports on various product KPIs and metrics to functional leaders and proposes solutions and/or adjustments that drive increased value

. Reviews and analyzes standardized reporting mechanisms to develop repeatable ways to produce insights and actionable next steps that improve product adoption and partner NPS

. Builds positive relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across ConnectWise, understanding their pain points and driving next steps

. Defines and articulates toolset use cases and integration across products to produce single source of truth systems

Job Requirement

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

. Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision

. Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area

. Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per [business/partner] requirement

. Strong verbal and written communication skills

. Strong service orientation

. Highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic

. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and fluid environment with the ability to thrive on learning and acquiring deep expertise in our tools and process

. Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment to solve issues, recognize business critical situations, and escalate as needed

. Ability to define and continuously improve the product/business context and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) process

. Strong understanding of managing product releases on SaaS platforms

. Strong networking skills to ensure proactive alignment and transparency across departments and teams on product operations and delivery of strategic initiatives

. Preferred: Strong knowledge of digital adoption platforms (Pendo, WalkMe) and Salesforce.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience

. 6+ years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions:

. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location

. 5-15% travel may be required
