Position: Affiliate Marketing Manager
- Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:-- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication to drive performance.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize affiliate campaigns and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize affiliate program success.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the affiliate program.
- Monitor compliance of affiliates with program guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on key affiliate metrics and program performance to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about changes in the SaaS industry and affiliate marketing landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:-- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate marketing targets and KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices, industry trends, and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and ROI.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and affiliate networks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
