Job description

As a Communications Operations Specialist at Randstad Global, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of communication processes within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for fostering positive communication environments.

Responsibilities: Project Management & Operational Excellence: ● Coordinate and help manage key communications projects such as, quarterly financial results, global town halls and other all-employee moments. Creating project plans, scheduling meetings, managing timelines and following up with stakeholders. ● Optimizing current processes to further streamline communication workflows. ● Manage the budget file, create POs via Proactis and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of invoices. Content & Community Coordination ● Gather information and coordinate content for communications with a wide range of internal stakeholders to gather information for employee newsletters, presentations, and announcements. ● Assists with the formatting of documents such as newsletters, intranet posts, press releases and social media posts. ● Maintain the corporate affairs community list and coordination of the live quarterly meetings. ● Supports the timely responses to questions on the corporate affairs connect channel and google chat by consulting with functional experts. Commtech Support: ● Own the distribution of all press releases, articles, newsletters, all-employee mails and Connect posts using Randstad’s commtech tooling suite. ● Must have experience or the interest in learning how to perform a variety of tasks across the commtech suite including: ■ Google Suite - for Docs, Sheets and Slides ■ Salesforce Marketing Cloud - for creating and distributing all-employee newsletters

■ Happeo for Randstad’s Connect Intranet - responsible for the coordination of and posting of content to the all-employee channel. ■ Randstad Template Tool - to build banners for use on social media, newsletters and the intranet. ■ Euroland and RXP - for media release publications and distribution. ■ Signal AI for media monitoring.

Metrics and Reporting: ● Track and analyze key performance indicators related to communication effectiveness, including managing the quarterly KPI dashboard. ● Provide regular reports and real-time analysis based on the KPIs,highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: ● Eagerness to learn and support a global communications team. ● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. ● Strong familiarity with communication tools and platforms. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● International experience and culturally sensitive
