- Monday to Saturday (WFO)- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off Timings : 9 am to 6 pm Job Title : Cluster Manager Department : Retail sales Location : Madurai, Coimbatore Tamilnadu Reports To : Regional Business Head/Retail Head Summary : - The Cluster Manager for Retail will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated cluster. This role involves managing store managers, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. The Cluster Manager will also play a pivotal role in implementing corporate strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Leadership : - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned area. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 2. Market Analysis and Strategy : - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies. 3. Team Development : - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. 4. Reporting and Analysis : - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Retail Head/Regional Business Head. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 5. Customer Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 6. Compliance and Documentation : - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions. Qualifications : - Any Bachelor's degree - Proven work experience in similar role. - Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel within the designated area as needed. - Technically Strong in Mobile /Consumer Durable knowledge, Retail Sales of Electrical/ Electronic gadgets is preferred - Preferably having a good knowledge on iOS/Apple Products. - Good Communication Skills.
