Job description
RESPONSIBILITES
* Manage and coordinate with existing & new partners to ensure steady business.
* Acquire and keep adding new partners - Publishers, Affiliates
* Set up the campaigns and ensure execution of campaigns and meeting of daily / monthly
budgets
* Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for publishers, showcasing
campaign performance and key metrics.
* Has worked on various Affiliate tracking and serving tools like - Offer18, Trackier
Has offers, Affise etc. + App tracking and attribution tools like - Appsflyer, Singular, Branch
etc.
* Should be Well versed and have experience in handling CPS/CPI/ CPL/CPT/CPR/CPV with
Kpi's
* Expertise in monitoring delivery/Sales of campaign from beginning to end and
optimizing as needed.
* Monitor media budget for campaign and issue periodic analysis for clients like Media
negotiations.
* End to end relationship management with the client through Need identification, client
servicing, customer satisfaction & business retention.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1-2 years' experience in affiliate and performance marketing.
* Should have handled both International and Domestic delivery in performance
marketing.
* Should have existing relations with Agencies, Direct advertisers, and premium networks,
Publishers, and affiliates.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Focused, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Salary: As per experience, Lucrative Incentive plan, Medical Insurance, International Trips for attending events.
Only candidates from Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing with an exposure of dealing with CPL, CPA, CPI campaigns on Mobile and Web will be considered.
