As a Product Manager @ Locad
You'll be partnering closely with our Operations, Sales/GTM, and Customer Support teams to truly understand our customers' needs. Imagine spending significant time in customer onboarding, sales pitches, and running operations, gaining a solid, hands-on grasp of our business from the ground up.
Once you're steeped in our operations, the excitement doesn't stop there. Your next mission Crafting a game-changing product roadmap that propels us to new heights in key business metrics. Working alongside UX, Sales/Business, and engineering teams, you'll define top-notch requirements, ensuring we cover all use cases and scenarios.
And that's not all! You'll be in the thick of things with our Tech/Engineering team, from sprint planning and daily stand-ups to QA, UAT, and launch. The success of each product launch will be in your capable hands as you define success criteria, audit key metrics, and iterate to meet those criteria.
But wait, there's more! You'll be the maestro behind robust mechanisms for tracking product backlog, sprint planning, retrospectives, and gathering invaluable customer feedback – both internal and external. Managing customer escalations and ensuring resolutions that go above and beyond customer expectations will be second nature to you.
