Job Description :- Experience in Delivery of complex AI / ML Programs as a Technical Program Manager.- Experience on AI, ML, and NLP with Conversational and Language Expertise. - Must know different types of Prompt Engineering Techniques like N-Shot Zero/Few Shots, Chain of Thought Prompting (CoT), Knowledge Generation Prompting, Automatic Chain-of-Thought (Auto-CoT), Tree of Thought Prompting (ToT) etc.. - Knowledge about Prompt Templates, Automated Prompt Engineering, Prompt Patterns, Orchestration/API knowledge etc.. - Strong Verbal, Written Communication Skills with Analytics and Problem-Solving..- Having experience or knowledge of 1 or more Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google, or any) with any cloud certification or knowledge of Gen AI technologies.. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java would be an added advantage..- Good understanding and experience of Testing Strategies, Test Automation and Test Execution, Non-Functional Testing, Deployment and Release Management Processes etc..- Ability to create detailed work break down structures for various complex Gen AI and AI/ML use cases and identifying key dependencies. - Excellent Communication Skills with experience in handling large enterprise customers. - Ability to drive the team to deliver on the plan within schedule and budget while managing risks and issues. - Good understanding of the Quality Management process to ensure high quality of deliverables.
