Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are ready to associate / work remotely to learn the recruitment operations as an Intern for an initial period of 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing applications for job vacancies.
- Assist in screening resumes of applicants.
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
- Interact with candidates to explain job roles and evaluate their candidatures.
- Update internal databases with candidate details and employment forms.
- Collaboration with the team for completing recruitment projects.
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and special events.
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Working knowledge of MS Office and web based applications.
- Knowledge of social media services and online platforms for professional communities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Strong work ethics.
Location : Goa, Ratnagiri, Karwar and Belgavi.
