Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager & Closing Manager. The Sourcing Manager & Closing Manager will be responsible for coordinating with real estate developers and builders to source new projects and manage the sales closing process. The role will require frequent site visits and coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sourcing and sales closing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and travel within Mumbai
- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience working with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in languages spoken in the Mumbai region is a plus.
