Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and shape strategies and technical directions.
- Begin the day with a daily standup meeting to gain insights into the team's progress, identify technical blockers, and provide necessary support to engineers to overcome obstacles efficiently.
- Promote engineering best practices and serve as a technical mentor for the team, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team and across the organization to strengthen team dynamics.
- Understand the priorities of Product, Partnership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and prioritization on their roadmaps, especially when driven by business savings.
- Participate in evening meetings, such as design reviews, all-hands meetings, and sprint demos, to strategize and brainstorm opportunities, providing technical insights and guidance to drive project success.
- Take responsibility for recruiting the right engineers by conducting interviews and implementing new initiatives to foster innovation and technical excellence within the India site culture.
