We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Night Shift)
Job Location: Remote
Working Days & Hours : Tuesday to Sunday, 10PM to 8AM IST
Mentor Match is a seed funded, Chennai headquartered Edtech start-up, founded and run by a team with extensive experience in world-class academic services organisations that provides 1-on-1 online tutoring for Grades 1 to 12. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our parents and students to foster a positive experience. You will be managing and supporting customer accounts, monitoring class quality, compliance and implementing strategies for student retention.
Are you Someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client engagement role from an edtech platform.
- Proven experience in customer success, preferably within an educational context.
- Ideally, possess an understanding of the Teacher-Parent-Student mindset, contributing to innovative solutions for the holistic development of students.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge and passion for creating value to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns. Provide timely and effective support to parents.
- Work with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Supporting Students.
- Develop and execute student retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyse retention metrics as a primary performance indicator.
- Monitor and analyse the completion rates of sessions scheduled for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
