Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in IT and ELV Systems to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities in the IT and ELV systems domain. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in IT and ELV systems and demonstrate exceptional sales acumen to effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of IT and ELV system solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and develop tailored proposals and solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to educate clients and prospects about our IT and ELV solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, case studies, and other sales collateral to support sales efforts.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, preferably in the IT and ELV systems domain.
- Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and ELV systems such as security, access control, and CCTV.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in any CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
