Job Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Product Manager with a strong background in development and architecture of large-scale systems, coupled with a deep understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data processing technologies. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our product, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, innovation, and strategic vision. Hence, deep understanding of data domain specifically the process of managing, integrating, and delivering data for consumption is required. Knowledge of Data Integration and Data Ops principles, tools, and best practices.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a strategic product vision. Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and AI is a plus.

Qualification -

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on ETL and data processing solutions.
• Strong background in software development and architecture, including experience with large-scale systems.
• Excellent technical understanding and the ability to provide architectural and design recommendations.
• Familiarity with data orchestration, data quality, data governance, data preparation and data pipeline management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation and Enhancement: Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation, particularly in the ETL and data processing domain.
• Propose and drive the development of new features and capabilities that differentiate our product from competitors. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Leverage a strong technical background to conceptualize and recommend architecture and design solutions for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the development and architecture teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Independently conduct PoCs both internally and externally to validate the feasibility and market demand for new product features.
• Work closely with clients to gather firsthand insights and feedback to drive product development.
• Product Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs, taking into account data integration and DataOps as integral components.-Develop a roadmap that guides the product's evolution in the context of data processing and DataOps, setting a clear vision for the future.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with various teams, including develo pment, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery and success.-Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Original Ideas and Concepts: -Generate creative and innovative ideas that position our product as a market leader.-Continuously monitor industry trends and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Product Lifecycle Management:- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Market and Competitive Analysis :-Analyze the competitiv e landscape to identify gaps and opportunities in the ETL and data processing market.Monitor the performance and evolution of competitor products.
