The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department and manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial position Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Exceptional organizational and time management skillsJob tags
