Our Global Customer Success & Services team of around 270+ members is working with large enterprises spread across the North Americas (70%), EMEA (20%), and APAC (10%) regions. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Adoption team and lead the product delivery efforts.
What you'll get to do?
Design a framework for an efficient end-to-end implementation of Whatfix for one or two Fortune 500 Customers spread across all geographies, industries, segments, applications, etc
Conduct kick-off meetings with every new client team to review expectations and to create a written project implementation plan with milestones, deliverables, SLAs and KPIs
Understand the business objectives, define the project scope, create a plan with clear outcomes and timelines, monitor & communicate the status, and ensure timely customer onboarding and completion of concurrent projects
Monitor and report on all aspects of projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications, and critical issues
Manage and coordinate project resources
Enable the team to reduce the product's Go-Live Time (RGT) by performing regular reviews and introducing process improvements
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time
Act as the single point of contact for customers, for all project deliverables
EMEA time zone (1 PM to 10 PM IST)
Our ideal Program Manager:
5+ years of work experience in project management or program management roles
Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience, preferably in product based companies or consulting firms
Preferably SaaS or consulting firm experience
Previous exposure to European and/or North American customers
Ability to lead and manage complex and concurrent projects
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations
Preferably, lead implementation projects of Enterprise Applications like CRM, ERP, HCM etc.
Understands Multi-tenant applications and has knowledge of agile delivery management methodologies, processes, and tools
Has the ability to lead and manage complex and concurrent projects
Preferably has professional certifications like PMP, Agile, CSM, ITIL, etc.
Has used formal project management tools like MS Project, Visio, Smartsheets, JIRA, etc.
Preferably, lead implementation projects of enterprise applications like CRM, ERP, HCM etc.
Possesses strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to handle competing client demands.
