Job description

The Assistant Training Coordinator is responsible for providing full support and training of crew and will report to the Deputy General Manager, Mumbai.

Responsible for full administrative support for training seafarers Check DOAs of seafarers for training. Enter data in PAL for proposing candidates. (PAL CV) Manage, issue & record all documentary evidence of training including certification Manage arrangements for seafarers to attend training Scheduling training activities Management, supervision, and record keeping of all pre-engagement routines of seafarers Arrangement of welfare services for seafarers attending training Undertake any other tasks/ functions assigned by General manager, Training Superintendent Assist in scheduling pre-screening tests and interviews for Cadets, TMEs, and TR ETO Cadets Interact with training centers for different trainings held across various regions

Professional Experience/Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in the same field. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clear communication An ability to build a rapport with the crew Freshers are also welcome to apply
