Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Tenovia. As a Senior Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our company. This includes overseeing accounting activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing financial guidance to senior management. This position requires a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Accounting software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in finance modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of PF, PT, and other relevant financial processes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Develop and implement financial models to analyze and forecast business performance
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency
- Stay updated with accounting industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and tax authorities
