Aimlay Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Specialist with a focus on hard-core collection to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring effective debt recovery.
Responsibilities: - Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to collections.
- Collection Strategies:
- Implement effective and ethical collection strategies.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding collection targets.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on collection performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications: - Relevant experience in hard-core collection is essential.
