Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers in the agricultural sector and promoting our botanical based ready to use products. They will be responsible for developing new markets, creating and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets given by the company. The sales executive will also be responsible for maintaining positive relations with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 0-3 years of experience in sales
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry and farming practices
• Ability to prioritize and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
