Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role based in Dehradun. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the highest level of management and will be responsible for handling expense reports, communication, and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support, calander planning etc.
• Excellent communication and administrative assistance skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
