Role Overview: The Social Lead will play a pivotal role in significantly expanding FNP's social media presence, enhancing key metrics such as audience size and engagement to position it as a leading destination within its category. The selected candidate will work with the team to conceptualize ground-breaking social media campaigns spanning all platforms, aiming to achieve top-tier reach and engagement. This position involves spearheading our social strategy, overseeing brand copywriting, managing editorial calendars, directing content creation, handling scheduling, and optimizing FNP's social channels across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Expand FNP's social community to become a major industry platform with sustained high engagement. Foster brand awareness and loyalty through inventive content. Develop and execute our social communication strategy, curate editorial calendars, and uphold content standards. Utilize social media analytics for ongoing enhancement of effectiveness and efficiency. Provide regular updates to leadership, aligning on strategic priorities. Potentially oversee social media and creative agencies. Foster collaboration across functions.

Desired Skills and Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing and copywriting for advertising. Experience in developing and executing social content and engagement strategies that drove exponential growth. Experience with social automation, scheduling, insight and analytic tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing budgets and resources.
