Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Quality and Safety Compliance:
• Enforce adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
• Implement cost-control measures and address budget variations in a proactive manner.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional development.
• Risk Management:
