Title / Designation Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Location Bangalore
Preferred age-group (M/F) 35-45 years, either female or male.
Educational qualifications BE / B. Tech (Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering) and/or MBA
Premier/Non-premier Institute(s) Either
Reporting to President and CTO,
Preferred
background/experience ◦ Must have:
1. At least 15 years of sales and marketing experience selling to the water /
wastewater / industrial manufacturing segment
2. Demonstrated experience building and managing sales and marketing teams
3. In-depth understanding of the water and wastewater treatment process,
technologies and equipment
4. At least 5 years of experience selling automation, IoT sensors and IoT software
products to the water / wastewater / industrial / manufacturing segment
5. Proven track record and willingness to independently scale sales organization in
the formative stages of the business
6. Demonstrated experience and expertise in deploying sales strategies to cultivate
key accounts in mid to large scale companies within target segments
7. Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing channels and strategic
partnerships
Preferred:
✔ Exposure to IoT/M2M cloud based framework, applications and solutions..
✔ Exposure to market segments analysis and go-to market strategy planning and
execution
✔ Exposure selling in global markets.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include:
◦ Sales and Marketing strategy, planning, budgeting and execution
◦ Business development amongst key corporate accounts within target segments
◦ Channel sales strategy and implementation for inorganic growth
◦ Global and strategic partner and alliance management
◦ Raise corporate visibility through exhibitions, seminars, speaking engagements,
digital presence etc.
◦ Manage day to day activities related to sales team and processes
