Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of various software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in hybrid development. You will be responsible for leveraging your Java development skills to build scalable and high-performance applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Expertise in hybrid development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Advance Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and Core Java.
- Experience with database management systems and data visualization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Certifications in Java development are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Manage the full software development life cycle, from planning and requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, resolving defects and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve technical skills.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards.
- Document and communicate coding processes and best practices to the team.
