Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Product Manager who possesses a deep understanding of ServiceNow Employee Workflow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Life Service Delivery (LSD), and Employee Center functionality. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation and optimization. Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought, creative thinking, and execution capabilities are essential for this role. While not mandatory, ServiceNow certification is considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Enhancement:

    • Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow Employee Workflow modules, focusing on HRSD, WSD, LSD, and Employee Center functionality.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize feature enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and platform capabilities.
  2. ServiceNow Platform Expertise:

    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to architect, configure, and optimize Employee Workflow solutions.
    • Stay updated on new platform features, updates, and best practices to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive.
  3. Innovative Thinking and Ideation:

    • Drive innovation by continuously exploring new ideas and opportunities to enhance the base product and address evolving customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and validate new features and capabilities.
  4. User Experience and Design:

    • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences within ServiceNow Employee Workflow modules.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
  5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

    • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and project statuses effectively to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Employee Workflow functionality, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
