Job Description

- We are seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team.
- Work as a specialize brand POC to ensure focus on input & output metrics.
- Prioritize resolution to drive stakeholder experience
- Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound and end-to-end operations
- Work with external Ops stake holders to troubleshoot inbound issues
- Primary contact for any brand escalation on catalogue / inventory / Ops / payment related issues
Key job responsibilities
Building selection: Identify selection gaps. Track brand’s offline catalogue to ensure all relevant selection is present on Amazon.
Business Advice: Support participation of brand in Amazon programs
Availability: Ensuring continuous availability of products
Catalogue Quality on Amazon: Ensuring the best input from brand is updated for customer interface on Amazon Detail Pages through perfect Images, Product descriptions, etc.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
