Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and creating a positive customer experience. The role is located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and solve customer problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
• Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
