Business Analyst to MD electronics:

Grade M5/M6
Roles and Requirements:
• Has experience directly working with members of the senior management team.
• Support the Managing Director in strategic decision-making and visibility across businesses:
> Monitor and drive oversight from MD's office for existing businesses - analyse, report and track relevant data points.
> Conduct research on individuals and companies for external meetings for MD, relevant industry analysis and market research.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, potential alliances, and other opportunities based on the MD's guidance, and provide recommendations.
• Liaise with CXOs and Functional leaders across all businesses under the MD's purview to drive initiatives from the MD's office.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including consultants and government bodies/associations, and effectively manage programs from the MD's office.
• Prepare presentations and storyboards tailored to business requirements for the MD and leadership.
• Offer tactical support to the MD and the leadership team (that reports to MD) on ad-hoc basis.
• Participate in meetings with MD and capture key highlights/track actions in MoMs.
Education and Background :
B.Tech. / B.E. & MBA from Premier Institute with about 2-4 years of experience in supporting/direct reporting roles to the leadership OR Management Consulting Experience
