Job description

Manage the p&l across large portfolio of products across baby & mother care category across the company’s online sales channels Developing

E-commerce

sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets across marketplaces, quick commerce & own website Key Responsibilities include: Devising & Implementing the Long Term Customer Growth Strategy, Marketing Strategy for Growing the Top line and Traffic for our online business, while also improving bottomline Defining, developing and constantly optimizing digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies. Managing the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions on marketplaces, quick commerce & own website Building marketing strategy, product marketing, driving customer research and ROI optimization. Coordinating with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increment. Dealing with

e-commerce

category managers for product placement and visibility. Research & analyse data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms etc. to find white spaces in market Managing fulfilment operations for channel partners. Monitoring Stock Ageing / Slow Moving SKUs with each partner and driving actions to ensure zero loss. Optimization of Marketing spends Responsible for P&L for the division

Taking decisions on Product assortment basis consumer insights & choosing the right product configuration/bundling to increase ASP, for different kinds of platforms to ensure customer & consumer benefits.

Monitoring & and tracking of key metrics that included Sales, GMV, CTR, ACOS, CAC & AOV. Execute key strategies to maintain and improve margins and unit economics of channels and products Revamp the sales mix for better profitability and margins Strategize with the marketing team to ensure marketing efficiency and thereby improve ROI and ACOS Formulating brand building strategies using marketplace growth levers like listing optimization, PPC, inventory planning, OOS, utilizing A+ Content creatives, Pricing Developing strategies for new product launches and market expansion through competitor benchmarking and market study Management and coordination with key stakeholders like creatives vendors, agencies and channel partners Leading and coaching team members and defining growth trajectory
