Job description

Responsibilities1. Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items for the promoter2. Engage in routine meetings with the promoter to address business concerns, streamline procedures, assess challenges, and question proposals3. Take the lead in crafting and executing operational plans, measuring progress, and conducting follow-ups with activity owners.4. Assist in creating presentations and other documents for the CCO as and when required5. Collaborate closely with the CCO (Chief Creative Officer) to manage operational details, provide feedback, make informed decisions, and assist in resolving issues.6. Maintain a proactive and hands-on approach by actively participating in day-to-day operations to ensure desired outcomes and results are achieved across various business units.7. Guide relevant teams to maintain project timelines and meet commitments basis the tasks handled by the promoter.8. Efficiently arrange and prioritize crucial matters and necessary information to expedite effective decision-making.9. Implementing strategic initiatives and overseeing projects of significant importance.10. Coordinate relevant communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with the promoter.11. Participate in executive gatherings and provide updates to promoters and the senior management team.12. Evaluate queries directed to the promoter, determine the appropriate course of action, and convey responsibilities to the relevant individuals for management.13. Foster and sustain relationships across all teams/functions and subsequently derive outcomes, bolster leadership collaboration, and nurture enduring partnerships crucial to the organization.14. Take charge of and oversee daily business operations, ensuring the execution of the business plan within the specified deadlines.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
